In my last blog post we discussed Jedidiah’s Private Reserve Brisket Beef Jerky. We spoke about the finer points of taste, quality, and texture of Brisket Beef Jerky as compared to other Beef Jerky. Today I would like to discuss the other type of beef jerky called
. You might be asking yourself a question, why do we have two types of beef jerky, our Private Reserve Brisket Beef Jerky and a Jed’s Premium Beef Jerky. As you know the Jedidiahs Private Reserve is a Brisket of Beef, and the Jed’s Premium Beef Jerky is not, that’s the first difference. So please let me continue, like I said the first difference is the meat selection, our top of the line is the brisket beef jerky, however we felt it necessary to make something unique with the Jed’s Premium Beef Jerky. Firstly, all of our Jed’s Premium Beef Jerky, is made of USDA Choice Beef, grown right here in the good old USA! We do not import our beef from some other countries! Why do people import beef from other countries??
Well you would have to ask them, but my guess would be cost! Speaking of our branded Jedidiahs Private Reserve and Jed’s Premium Beef Jerky that cost should not be a reason to make a cheaper Beef Jerky, call us old fashion! So once our beef is in production, we hand select each piece to make sure that you receive a soft and most tender beef jerky with a smoke flavor you that is out of this world!
The flavors that you can look forward to is a Black Pepper Beef jerky, which is really nice if you like pepper with your Beef Jerky, with a smoke flavor that is not sweet. Next is our Spicy Beef Jerky, its nicely spiced, but not too much! Which brings me to my next product, Jed’s Premium Mild Beef Jerky, if you are looking for just a little spice and smoke flavor, look no further! My personal favorite is the Jed’s Premium B-B-Q flavor, a must try!
